fellowship · discipleship · unity
A global Christian platform where the Body of Christ reads the same passage on the same day, leaves encounters in the margins of Scripture, and prays for one another across every language, tradition, and time zone.
What is Koinon
Koinon takes its name from the Greek koinōnia — the mutual participation of the early church described throughout the New Testament. Not a social platform. Not a content app. Spiritual infrastructure.
Every verse in Scripture is a shared space. The community leaves annotations — not on a feed, but in the margins of the Word itself. Notes anchor to universal verse references, so a note left in the WEB appears for the BSB reader on the same passage.
The entire platform reads the same passage on the same day. No personal progress tracker. No liturgical calendar. No curated selection. A book is chosen, the community reads it together, and when it ends, another begins. Providence, not preference.
Churches create private or public communities for their congregation. Leaders post weekly themes, share Sunday's passage in advance, and list church events — all in the same space where members do their daily reading.
These are permanent decisions — not roadmap deferrals. The platform's spiritual posture depends on them.
Core Features
Tap any verse to see what the community found there — testimonies in the margins, confessions beneath passages about grace, prayers attached to promises. Over time the Bible becomes annotated by lived experience.
Submit a prayer without attaching your identity. Others mark that they prayed. You receive a quiet notification — someone stood with you — but who is never stored or revealed. Anonymous by architecture, not policy.
A small number on today's passage shows how many people have paused here today. No names. No profiles. Just the quiet knowledge that you are not reading alone.
Private communities stay hidden from the world — joinable only by invite link or code. Public communities appear in discovery, letting a well-known pastor's congregation find each other naturally on the platform.

A user returning after months of absence is received, not penalised. Grace doesn't reset.
